⚠️ The last few days have been an exciting ride and, due to the overwhelming responses from our community users disappointed that they didn’t get the chance to finalize their Know-Your-Customer process, the Humans.ai team has decided to postpone the IDO starting date until the 9th of December (3:00 pm UTC) to facilitate more time for our lottery selected members from the Whitelist to complete their KYC.
Please keep in mind that Humans.ai (Humans Token AG), as a token issuer is obligated to apply the ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) process at a very high standard, in accordance with the Liechtenstein law.
As per the applicable law, the information you have provided also has to be manually verified and, in case the information provided is contradictory or if (for example) the identification document provided was uploaded as a scan and not picture, the KYC has to be rejected, which has caused some delays and difficulties for some of the members in our community.
Also, please be aware that winning a lottery place will not guarantee you a spot for the actual IDO because you will need to pass KYC. Once your KYC is successfully approved, you will receive an email from the Humans.ai team, notifying you that you can participate in the public token sale.
⚠️ Being whitelisted and passing KYC is also not a guarantee that you will successfully participate in the Humans.ai IDO on Polkastarter for the purchase of $HEART tokens. The IDO will be first come first serve from the whitelisted group. Make sure you show up on time and process the transaction quickly to secure a slot. 🙏
