After the immense interest in the Humans.ai whitelist round and after selecting a lucky few individuals for the public token sale, it’s time to head towards the Humans.ai public token sale!

- IDO start date: 9th of December, 1:00 pm UTC
- Price per token (in USD) — 0.015 USD
- Total amount of tokens on sale — $1,170,000 (78,000,000 $HEART)
The Whitelist and KYC process for the Humans.io IDO on Polkastarter has ended and we want to thank everybody who participated! We are very excited to see such a great interest in the $HEART public token sale.
After screening and checking tens of thousands of applications, and processing KYC procedures, we have finally concluded the final applicants who will get the opportunity to participate in the Humans.ai IDO on Polkastarter, starting this Thursday, on December 9th (1:00 PM UTC).
Please note that being whitelisted and having passed KYC is not a guarantee that you will successfully participate in the Humans.ai IDO on Polkastarter for the purchase of $HEART tokens. The IDO will be first come first serve from the list. Please, ensure you show up on time and process the transaction quickly to secure a slot.
Humans is a company registered in Liechtenstein, therefore subject to Liechtenstein regulations.
Humans is subject to the provisions of the Due Diligence Act (implementing Directive (EU) 2018/843 (5th Anti Money Laundering Directive, 5AMLD)), which means we are obliged to verify the identity of each client and beneficial owner (Art. 6, 7 DDA), verify the source of funds (Art. 6, 7 DDA), create a business profile (Art. 8 DDA), make a Risk Assessment on each Client (Art. 9a DDA) and constantly monitor the business relationship (Art. 9 DDA).
Based on the legal parameters, our KYC provider conducted the technical collection and compiled the data required to meet the Due Diligence requirements.
Additionally, in accordance with the DDA, after the initial collection and review of the information outlined above, Humans’ KYC provider is obliged to conduct a manual review and approval of a part of the participants (an enhanced due diligence).
Consequently, there were 2 filters — an automated one on Synaps platform and a manual review done by the KYC providers in Liechtenstein.
Humans.ai (Humans Token AG), as a token issuer is obligated to apply the Anti Money Laundering (AML) and ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) processes at a very high standard, in accordance with the Liechtenstein law. The following persons were excluded from participation in the IDO in line with the provisions of the law:
- Persons that are citizens of, resident in or have IP addresses of high-risk countries.
- Persons that are considered as Politically Exposed Persons based on the research
- Persons whose sending wallets provide a negative result in the chain analysis
- Persons subject to restrictive measures under sanction lists of the European Union, OECD, US, OFAC etc.
- Persons who did not provide sufficient information for the identification of their identity, or persons outside EEA that could not identify with a passport
