BLOCKCHAIN DEVELOPER:
What you’ll do:
- Work in a growing team of best in class professionals to execute the Humans.ai vision into a scalable and reliable product
- Assess the product needs and develop technical solutions from architectural design, to coding, testing and implementation evaluation
- Design and build a smart contracts architecture, incentives structure, yield pools and strategies
- Design, implement and test smart contract upgrades and additions
- Work with the community and smart contract auditors to implement fixes
- Brainstorm, research, assess, design and integrate relevant tools and technologies with a focus on scalability, efficiency and product impact
- Document and maintain existing and new parts of the product
- Collaborate with the product team to share best practices and align with the team’s common objectives
What you’ll need:
- 4+ years of full stack web development (APIs, client-facing apps)
- Strong with JavaScript, NodeJS and Solidity
- Strong interest or experience in the cryptocurrency, decentralized finance space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science preferred.
GOLANG DEVELOPER:
What you’ll do:
- Participate in solution design and development, deliver high-quality code
- Regularly communicate with the team members at the client’s side, participate in status meetings, design sessions, and brainstorming
- Provide estimation and reporting of assigned tasks
- Collaborate with the product team to share best practices and align with the team’s common objectives
What you’ll need:
- 4+ years of development experience
- We like to use the right tool for the job, so experience with Golang is needed
- Experience building distributed systems
- Experience creating consensus mechanisms for distributed systems
- Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience with containers (docker, cri-o, lxc)
- Experience with TDD
- Ability to write clean and easily maintained code
MEAN STACK DEVELOPER:
What you’ll do:
- Partner with product and design to deliver web applications that meet technical, product, and design requirements.
- Build complex UIs, working with design to solve any tricky CSS challenges.
- Ship frequently — we develop in 2 week sprints that include retros focused on evolving and tuning our process.
- Work with modern front-end technologies like Redux, React, Node.js and Next.js.
- Collaborate with the backend team as they define APIs and other services that support client applications.
- Have opportunities to work across the full architecture of a feature, if interested, as part of a product-focused scrum team.
- Work independently to research bugs and implement fixes, and add to our analytics event tracking library.
- Continually improve standard web metrics.
- Participate in our culture of improvement by joining code review meetings, writing technical documentation, and reviewing PRs for your teammates.
What you’ll need:
- Prior experience (3+ years) in a front-end focused role using a modern Javascript framework.
- Experience with web caching strategies and use of CDN.
- You thrive in an open and collaborative environment.
- You like to share — you write code that is modular and extensible whenever possible and leave code better than you found it.
- You love to ship — you can talk through examples of projects that you had end to end responsibility for.
